Great video, Francesco! Thank you for including Twos ✌! It's been wonderful to incorporate the feedback from your audience and to hear the value they're getting from an all-in-one tool. Very much apprecaited ❤

This is kind of shocking to watch, I can't help but wonder

1. Why there are so many note taking apps?
2. Why so many of them are almost the same shit as before?
3. If there are too many people getting cs degrees, people keep making new copy paste apps?
4. There are SO many, this guy spams youtube videos about them?
5. How productive is it REALLy to obsess about the app you use?

Twos app user here! It works so well for my ADHD brain. Twos is kind of like a bullet journal and functions similarly. Would recommend 10/10 haha

I see that you've mentioned xTiles, here which I feel is just a more maximalist version of walling. Before I settled on Walling I actually tried Capacities first I like both but but capacities felt like a bit too distracting while trying to take notes because of the extra customizability of the app, walling has just the right amount of functionality and some great abilities for sharing your notes which I have been using to publish resources.

Thx for the video what I really want is something like OneNote. I love the canvas strap book feel. Add picture and notes side by side. Draw lines across the page. I can't find nothing like it and nothing that is local. I don't want my files and stuff in the cloud. OneNote used to be local until Microsoft got greedy.

Two's is also a very capable Todo app which has the added benefit for me of being able to colour code lines of text. It can display your online calendar as well day by day

I am so glad you are making videos about these. I am keeping an eye out too, and I'd love to chat about them.

2:15 yay for spatial note taking. It’s so good for organising thoughts. That’s why I live a good whiteboard.

You should look up audio pen. Great note taking app. And I love notion they are forever building additional features and the work in conduction with most other apps. ❤

I use capacities to builtup my PKM System for my consulting Business. I also tried napkin but found Scrintal which gives me more flexibility.

Capacities and Craft have improved greatly in the last few months, can you please compare them?
On Mac, iOS, Android and PC, please :-)
(I, love Craft, but I use an Android phone, so I will have to let them go with my next year's subscription in May 2024)

Therefore I am now moving 100% to Capacities from UpNote, Craft, Notion, Apple Notes and OneNote.

But I am not too sure that it is a smart move, even if I am very impressed by Capacities.
My concern is mostly by platform (Android, iOS app etc.), tables, encryption and "my data" security.

Thank you for a good video.

I am using the summary and action point AI function in notion with my notes to help, but I was looking to see if I wanted to export it as a PDF and found out I had to upgrade it to the business plan. Is there something better I should be looking at? Costing me around $400 Aus with the business upgrade

Napkin was interesting... loved the Readwise integration (big fan). As usual, no android app. Doh! Pity.

Thanks for this overview, we are getting swamped by tools recently! Could you make a focus video on all the tools that do local only first (e.g. AnyType and Logseq) with total control over all data created?

Google Keep is a must for your consideration it has integration with the Google Universe that makes it oh so powerful. Used in conjunction with Napkin (which I do) Google Keep is unbeatable.
