I freakin LOVE this drama! Both leads played their roles beautifully.

ZWY looked great in his general armor, has a lovely voice, & his facial expressions wereon point. We saw him (as CXZ) go from awkward & robotically doing what's expected of him as a prince to becoming more emotional & caring to really letting loose, be himself, & be hilarously unhinged. ZWY played serious & funny well in this drama.

WCR is such an underrated actress. Not only is she beautiful, but she really brought all her emotional games to her character. I really felt her falling in love with him, resented/hated him, hurt by him while still in love with him, then back to being soften & supportive again. I LOVED her crying scenes. They're soooo genuine & not forced or faked. She conveyed all those emotional scenes in her eyes & voice.

They had a phenominally amazing chemistry. It's the main thing that keeps me coming back to rewatch numerous times. That and the comedic plot in the 2nd half of the drama 🤣. I hope they have s2 with more of our power couple & another happy ending.

I just finished this drama, and I loved every episode. I couldn't wait for the next one. Great Ending, love there chemistry! His eyes told how much he fell in love with her.

I don’t know anything about the original, but the ML IS SO CAPTIVATING. His voice draws you in. I find him so interesting and love how his more calculated personality changes as he falls in love. I love the chemistry between the leads. Love this series and I thought the double was my favorite but this is now my new favorite

Yet they scored high. 😂 The haters and the toxic people are the ones who created the News headlines that actor Zhang Wanyi and actress Wang Churan their acting skills are weak. Ahem!! Both are doing well and good drama 2024 👍 I like Wang Churan she is a talented and pretty actress. She has that aura shining 🌟 brightly. 😎 Good storyline she has chosen. That's our girl ❤ 😂😂

Zhang Wanyi as Cui Xing Zhou is the best character in the drama. FL character in the second half was poorly written and not as well acted.
