At the age of 35, I still do not have children of my own, but I absolutely love that I can apply the tools & information from all of your content, including this topic! No matter the topic you are covering - the morals, values, techniques and behaviors really can translate into any faucet of my life.
Despite not having kids, I can apply these tools to how I interact and communicate with my subordinates employees. A lot of these concepts still apply and are valuable communication tools in my life.
Thanks so much for enlightening my mind and helping center my mental health!

I remember when my kids were younger, they would throw tantrums but it was only right before their nap time.

Hi Dr. Paul, I need help, preschool teacher here ! As I work with 3 years old, I had my system of time out, very structured form the warning- explaining why the time- setting time limit appropriate for their age- analyzing and finally apologizing. It worked brilliantly. As a new president was selected in my country, for no reason I was asked to remove my time out, they requested me that instead of setting them on chair or space apart, I was to sit them next to me so it wouldn’t look bad if a parent passed by. They hate me know, the fact that I say you’ll sit with me, they cry instantly, they didn’t even cry on the chair. It’s like I became the time out 😵 what do I do, I can’t handle the ignorance in my school, the lack of knowledge, they care about the appearance and not what’s important “the kid” 😭😭😭 what other technique can I apply??? Or must I set my foot at my work place to what was really working for me. It’s so hard, it’s the middle of the year and they are crying more than the beginning.

I'd like to view a video about dealing with a child that thinks he knows best than his parents, and practically everybody else. I have a 10 year old and he's driving us crazy!

Thank you for this great advice!
How can i help my child to learn that my words are gold, when the other parent promise something and forget it. At least once a week. Plus the person that promise the world only to forget it and plan to do something different next time only to forget it again is the same gender like the child.

sometimes I just say I will think about it bec I honestly don't know and want to take my time thinking about it... My oldest says, "YES! Tha'ts better than NO" LOL And he knows... that will actually think about it and give a thoughtful answer... if is yes or no he has to accept it. Now let's see if his brothers grow up to appreciate this dynamic too! hahahaha

Volume is not the same between you two, hard to hear Vicky sometimes. Great video otherwise.
