I love this video! I don’t have children but I do care for kids occasionally. Sometimes it’s really difficult when a child doesn’t want to listen but we have to remind ourselves that they are human too and have valid feelings and we need to listen to them to display empathy. I agree with the point about time out. It is very shameful. I think communication is better than solely resorting to time out.
