I would recommend a dual sport for a beginner. Much much lighter

Start with a little pit bike, and then get a bigger street bike like the mt-07 or mt-09. This tginf is so slow, and although super comfortable is very boring for a rider who already knows the basics. Buying a pit bike also means it’s super easy to handle, and the cheapness means it doesn’t matter if u crash

One of the best bikes period imo, not just best starter bikes. I still ride mine regularly and it's just as fun as day one haha, one of my favorites of all time and probably my favorite track bike

Idk why i have to explain this anything above a 400 especially a 400 crotchrocket is too much for a beginner. Its the throttle and clutch sensitivity that you need to worry about. Don't worry about getting bored. You dont wanna skip steps and fuck yourself up because its "small" or you'll get "bored" fast
