Chia seed pudding is a good dupe for rice/tapioca pudding. I use full fat coconut milk and add monkfruit/allulose with a touch of nutmeg and/or cinnamon or a few blueberries. It's very filling.

I'm so glad that Aldi sells whole milk plain yogurt. I have it almost every day with a couple tablespoons of my healthy low carb fruit slurry. ( Fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, black berries, blended, strained and frozen or refridgerated)

Some bacons claim to be nitrate free but contain celery which is used for preserving and also creates nitrates. Hard to find any processed meats that are truly nitrate free.

Fage 5% yogurt is my keto ice cream. I sprinkle it with cinnamon and salted sunflower seeds. It is SO creamy.

my go to snack is swiss cheese and hard salami, roll up the salami in the chees, a touch of course ground mustard. no carbs, about 50-50 protein to fat.

To vary the taste of eggs in my diet, I often make simple egg custards. Milk, eggs, a little extract and topped with a few fresh berries.

I eat a little dried kelp every day to get iodine. it is almost like jerky, dry and hard, but so good for you!

I buy plain Fage' 2% for my smoothies. Different recipes using berries, nuts, stevia, spices, etc. YUM! Same carb count as the Fage' Total but you save calories/fat. (I know- calories & fat don't matter but for the same carb count, why not? I get plenty of fats elsewhere. :)) Thanks Dr. Becky! I love all these suggestions.

Nuts (macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, pili nuts) and seeds (pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds) are excellent choice for low carb and good fiber

I have a question. What is your opinion related sourdough bread made with sourdough starter? O breads made exclusively with this type of starter? This type o bread has many good qualities because the flour has a specific process different than regular bought bread.
