'm' is a delta slope. it means that difference of two points create derivative for third point. This video, or tutorial, is very nicely described how difference of two points works.
Difference of two point is nothing else like one point moved from (0, 0) next point on the line give this same difference.
if 1 point is (1, 1) the difference is D=1/1 that means D=2/2 is this same like first one, that means they are on this same line.

The solution will be m=-2/6
Y=12/5 instead of the other way around. I think it was just a simple mistake, which is very obvious.
