X=0 => y=b => First point A(0, b). b is the point where our line crosses Y axis.
M is always equals to tan[tg] of angle between X axis and our line - eg. y=1x, tg 45°= 1. Second point on OX: B(x, 0) is set by y=0 and we can now draw a line throught 2 points on the graph. If m<0 them we go down the hill from left to right side, m>0 we go up the hill. M=0 and our slope is zero => a straight line y=b, because mx=0 then.
