I boxed for years, never got shredded until I started dieting. Diet and weightlifting with cardio is the fastest way to get shredded.

I just got started on box this week. I weight lift every other day and in my “day off” I like doing cardio, but I can’t stand regular aerobic cardio cause it’s so boring. I used to play tennis for indirect cardio but I moved to a very tiny town, there’s no tennis courts here and nobody plays tennis. So I got started on box at my gym. I’ve only had 3 sections but I’m loving it so far. You’re so good at it. Hopefully I’ll be at least 50% as good with time and training. 😅

Muay Thai will do it even better, especially when paired with wrestling and jiu jitsu. Not to mention you’ll be a much more complete fighter.

Id say wrestling is even better and it is alot fucking harder thats for sure. No head damage and you get way more strength. It toughens you up more than anything and it gives you a differnt kind of mentality. I speak from experience. But boxing is good too. Any martial arts is good no matter what
