If Logan still had his memory, he’d be a great asset for teaching history at the school

putting in "howlett" was a nice touch

You'll notice one of the howeling comandoes is chewing bubble gum in battle. I think this guy is a refference to Breaker from G.I.Joe. I belive the reason is because the G.I.Joe comics were published by Marvel before it moved to IDW. Breakers not the only G.I.Joe to be easter egg'ed on this show, a helicopter piolit can be seen in one episode that looks just like Wild Bill from G.I.Joe. So yeah they're even reffernceing comics that marvel had the lisenseces to but not currently. Also two other marvel lisenced comics Micronauts and ROM would've apeared if this show got a third season.

Is this canon in the comics 100% too
Cuz i see it's canon in
Avengers EMH
X-Men TAS

Okay I didn’t know Logan did this in world war 2

Wolverine can solo Red Skull. Lol. It’s just he’s not the MC of this show. 😅

I love that they used Logan's real name "James Howlett". So many people forget that Logan isn't his birthname.

I'd like to think that Steve is on some level secretly happy that James is still alive since he now knows that not everyone he knew from WW2 is gone.

Captain James Howlett. Canadian Armed Forces - Devil's Brigade. Fought in WW1. Returned to service in WW2. Hasn't aged a day and was as fit as he was in WW1 despite being injured by a sword through the chest at Ypres in 1915.

Wolverine was in the howling commandos but the didn't know he was a mutant and thought he was just lucky so as a nickname they called him lucky Jim

I guess Wolverine didn’t want to give himself away if he just rushed the gunner. XD

Despite his attitude, Wolverine would always follow Cap into hell and back.

I love how this Easter egg actually foreshadowed Wolverine showing up in the show later on. It’s a especially a great deep cut since James Howlett is Logan’s real name

I'd love to see other WW2 heroes with Cap like Namor, Human Torch, Wheezer, etc.

We were this close to see Hugh Jackman and Chris Evans in the MCU together

This show is connected to Wolverine and the X-Men

Well this is accurate as Logan has also fought during the War

This stuff really makes you think to yourself, "Man, Wolverine is so old"

I hope we one day see the MCU establish Wolverine actually fighting alongside Captain America, with Hugh Jackman and Chris Evans sharing a scene together
