All the people complaining how Yashida survived the radiation are also forgetting this is a superhero movie where the main protagonist can survive the blast of an atomic bomb and has retractable bone claws. I know Yashida isn't a mutant and just a regular guy, but ya gotta suspend disbelief with superhero movies. It wouldn't be as fun if we met him in this beginning part and he just dies like a week later.
