Had DIRECTV for almost 20 years, their equipment went bad, and they refused to give me working equipment.

Why are you guys even talking about this people over pay their bills all the time so that they can have a credit and don't have to be worried about a monthly payment that is what this man did he does not get a refund unless he shuts off his subscription and still has a credit right now he has an ongoing contract with the people and he overpaid so that he has a credit and does not get a monthly bill it is really that simple
