How To Fix No Sound on Samsung Wireless Speakers SWA-8000S.

If you don't have audio on your speakers and you know you set it all up right --- chances are you fed the audio cable too far into the speaker. Pull the speaker wire out a bit so that you make sure the wire touches the metal.
If the plastic outer cover is touching the metal, you wont get audio.

Seriously this saved my marriage. We went through a return and a replacement, both with same problem. Samsung had no idea but tried to help multiple times. The anger and tension in our house was thick, your video was a last ditch hail marry. Although I had to try it on the sly, as when I brought it up she insisted she hooked them up properly. I checked it when she was out and worked great. We both know what the problem was, but no one has said it out loud. Still a win in my book!

Wow! Your 46 second video accomplished what an hour on the phone with Samsung tech support could not. Like many others that replied to your video I too was sure that I follow the instructions and the set up was correct. A little trim back on the clear speaker wire sheath as you suggested and voila…..let there be sound. Thank you!

I installed the rear Samsung speakers on Friday, after mounting them to my wall and hiding the cables using a kit I purchased on Amazon. They worked a month ago but now they are not?!? I read the manual over and over again, but still didn’t work. Finally I come across this video and realized I pushed the wires in too deep. Readjusted the wires and they work! Thanks for posting this!

Thanks for sharing this man. I was extremely close to breaking my TV and sound bar, lol 😆. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting any sound and tried all possible troubleshoot methods and none worked.
