I like the idea of allowing the resolution to be changed. That's one of the few things I like about Samsung phones. It doesn't help a lot for battery life but it does help some.

I like the clipboard manager. I'm sure it's going to be implemented as well as things usually are on Android, but it's a good start anyway. Maybe they can add clipboard sharing with Chrome on desktop

from my testing there are only 2 issues:

the animation of the volume control panel is very laggy, also the settings button in the quick settings is buggy and takes couple taps to work

Installed Beta 1 on my P6 yesterday and it was my first android 13 update (i didn't install DPs) so it might not be new, but:
when interacting with buttons inside of the Internet popup and redirecting to settings, now the settings expand from the popup. Also, when my phone was at 20% battery (battery saver set to turn on at 15%), I got a notification explaining what battery saver does, never seen that before (i have a screenshot)

I honestly hate the new volume interface introduced in A12. It's not as accurate (shows no percentage) and it's a nightmare to toggle the volume/silent/vibration modes. It used to be "tap on button once for vibrate, twice for silent/DND". simple action with no extra steps. Now, its "tap on the icon, then tap on whichever mode you need." Extra STEPS Google.
Same thing with the Pixel Launcher's Recent's Screen. HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CLEAR ALL BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN??? It's Frickin CRAZY how Google doesn't see that as a tedious waste of time to scroll through all the fkn recent app till the end JUST to hit one button?! WOW GOOGLE.
I know Google is going for consistency now and they wish to make Android competent. I love the thought. I really do. I just feel that A12 and by extension all subsequent updates, for all its bells and whistles, is a bloated attempt at making Android look like an OS out of CandyLand. It's childish, not colourful and fun. The QS tiles are huge, the PiP resizing is dumb as shit now JUST BECAUSE APPLE DID IT. WHY DO I NEED TO USE TWO FINGERS?! Edge resizing of the PiP was a blessing. I couldn't care less about the PiP having rounded corners or the ability to dock the PiP to the side anyway because 1) YOUTUBE DOESN"T ALLOW PiP BECAUSE FUCK YOU THAT"S WHY. and 2) If I'm watching something in PiP, it means I'm BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE GOOGLE. WHY WOULD I BOTHER USING TWO FINGERS FOR SOMETHING WHILE DOING SOMETHING ON ANOTHER APP?!
JEEZ Google. Your decisions are mind boggling.
