A few years back, I was 76 at the time, I fell backwards into my garden. There was no one about to help me and I was unable to get up myself. I watched as my right arm went up by itself and I heard myself say "Father, I can't get up, please help me." The words were barely out of my mouth before I found myself standing where once I was flat on my back.
