200 square feet isn't a lot to work with — but one brave New Yorker named Jessica has managed to squeeze in a full-sized bed, an 88-key keyboard, and a table that can seat up to six people, all while maintaining the spacious, relaxing feel you would expect from a much larger apartment. What a lovely lady :-) I downsized my home a year ago and I'm loving making a much smaller space work for us. It's freed me from a big mortgage and the process of getting rid of the excessive belongings we had has been wonderful !

It’s refreshing to see a tour like this. A lot of the current tours are beautiful, but there’s something obnoxious about the overly decorated/curated, “look at me, I live in NYC” vibe that the current tours have (im born n raised in NYC and currently live in NYC, so the whole “look at me, I live in one of the 5 boroughs” thing can get exhausting after a while).

This just a lady who made the most out of a small little place. This tour is so warm and humble compared to those you find today
