At first it may seem cheap even though it's small. Then you realize that it's actually $89 per DAY, which is $2670 or 2759 per month except in February, so it's nothing to be happy about because you're getting ripped off.

To those confused, ​it's a hotel, not a living space. He said the bookings go towards helping the homeless. So the appeal is someone will rent there instead of a regular hotel/air bnb for the novelty of it or out of good will. All of it goes towards helping people in need.

I didn't think it was bad until I realized it was $89 a night, not a month. A hotel room with complimentary breakfast is around the same price and you get a private bathroom
