We can solve this problem as follows
1. In the cases like Nirbhaya and case of Disha, mostly I thought there is no political influence . If three Judges are blind their Judgement becomes blind and if their Judgement becomes blind, Head of. The three Judges God will follow blindly. Then who is going to die who can't we can't say.

CBI, without doing what it should do (answer mysteries), spreading questions to creat mysteries to generate rumors. It helps their bosses who are scared of a benivaltnt leader of WB.

One thing is that the condition of Kolkata police is like Kumbhakarna who was totally controlled by Ravan though he knew that Ravan was doing illegal activities.

If rule will be changed, and if Police will be controlled by Hight Court/Supreme Court, not by the state govt. then they can neutrally do their duties.

Need to change the voting System and to selection of candidate vide psychological testing who has Humanity and will take the data from individual family of the particular area and give proper view towards the future progresive projection on his/her speech.
Then election will be done.
