Excellent, at least the PM has made it clear to the public, it is so important that the state government should be abiding by the the policies, what is
happening is the state govt, police are not wanting to put efforts in introducing such good laws, the state govt should be conducting more information spread through the tv, other media coverage for people to understand the way laws are enforced.
