A rape is a rape no matter in whichever profession the victim is. The country was waiting for the doctor to be raped to give a judgement. Shame on everybody who is involved from the rapist to the police to the govt to the judge. When demonitisation can be done overnight when lockdown can be down overnight why is it taking so much of time to pass a judgement. A doctors rape is the hospital is a clear indication that the principal and the authorities were negligent and this is enough to suspend them from their duties. Do we need to file a complain write a letter and what not for a crime that is clearly visible.

Yeah good decision but, I will say actually SC was waiting or rather sleeping. Now SC, or better to say CJI, is saying we shouldn't wait for another case but we did. We did after 2012, we did after Hyderbad doctor case, we did everytime. Remember SC will be as good and efficient as the CJI and judges of SC.

Do NOT get fooled by the cute looks of a random person you see on Instagram. Never ever.
Before making online friends, be careful. Very careful.
Do not trust anyone blindly online or offline. Be it a stranger or a known person. Remember, maximum molestation cases occur in family.
Do NOT be the sweet, fragile and soft female that the society expects from you. Even if you are, do not show it, especially when you are threatened like that. Do not give in to the perpetrator’s demand.
Never exchange private photographs with anyone. Never ever. Nobody can be trusted.
Do NOT disclose your location.

SC reservation given due to untouchability and social discrimination. Discrimination and untouchability continue today in other forms. Even in 75 years of India, this disease of caste discrimination could not be eradicated. (Caste is a belief in people's mind - scientifically, these people have a sick mind) and don't try to eliminate the reservation that has been given the medicine to eliminate it. As a Dalit, look again in a village in Bihar or Uttar Pradesh or Gujarat and see how you are treated. Then you will know. In the team of seven judges, not a single person has gone through this ordeal and the general caste. Article 341 is also an issue. Get caste population census so correct figures will come out. And divide the reservation 100 percent on caste basis, give each to each so that no one takes more. It should be initiated from the Supreme Court. A single caste predominates there. Break it over the years - Modi ji and parliament also tried to break it but this caste is not ready to give up its 100 reservations.
