Thank you thank you, I continue to struggle with a high hamstring injury, more than a year later. Last time I tried stem cell therapy- but it took a full year to heal.

The Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift at 4:30 is wrong. It won't hurt anyone, but it's not working the hamstrings effectively. The biggest problem is the hips should remain level, rather than rotate open. Try pointing your toes towards the stationary foot to correct this. It can also help to do a standard RDL and just lift a single leg to feel what it's like to have level hips
