Wobbly & Jelly Legs Caused by Anxiety (WHY?)

Показать описание
Wobbly or Jelly Legs caused by anxiety is actually pretty common. I definately dealt with this crazy weakness in my legs that would often leave me in this wobbly or jelly leg like state. Why does this happen and what actually causes this weakness in our legs? The most common culprit is adrenaline that pumps through our bloodstream during panic attacks, anxiety attacks, or high levels of stress. This brings most of our bloodflow to the core of our bodies resulting in less blood in our extremeties. This lack of blood flow brings and immediate weakness to our arms and legs. This can cause us to have jelly legs. The second reason you could be experiencing wobbly legs is muscle tension. I have said many times in my videos that muscle tension causes most physical symptoms of anxiety. Well add leg weakness to the list! After long periods of stress leading to muscle tension, it can cause the muscles in your legs to become weak and will result in jelly leg symptoms. In the end jelly legs or wobbly legs are just another anxiety symptom that can cause concern.

I’m on your FB support group and just found your videos. I’ve been dealing with back pain along my spine and numbing in legs. I have been dealing with health anxiety for years. It’s so hard and I almost cried finding your videos. I’m going to order that CBD oil and the pain cream tonight. Thank you Trey for being a voice for us!

This seems to be my new symptom . Doctor thinks it’s anxiety related and also standing for too long . My thighs, calves and ankles hurt and takes a lot of stretching every day . I had panic attacks from September which have become less but I’m sure the stress and tension and adrenaline has taken its toll . I hope this improves

Yes that is what I felt this morning. I dont get anxiety or panic attack ever day anymore. But when my sugar is low that is when it happens too. Headaches weakness yes. Shakiness lasts all day sometimes.

This is impossible when in the military. You get put in positions where you can’t move, you have to stand still and motionless. Which makes anxiety worse because you get the trapped feeling.

Today I started off pretty good for the new year and such. I tried to get some hours of sleep and that went well. Once I woke up early in the morning, I ate me a meal much, much early in the morning. Then later I exercised by doing pacing on the tennis court for five laps. After that I ate me some lunch. Keep in mind I started back on exercising since I took a break for a month. That and I have been poorly eating when it came to diet and skipping meals.

So a few hours later my body began to feel weird with my arms and legs being heavy/extremely fatigued. Or if it is like an out of body experience. I am shaking and had tingles (tension) in the back of my head and neck. but when I ate dinner it healed it up. Only for it to somewhat comeback in a way; likely due to me eating too early and consequence of skipping meals or eating junk.

But what worries me the most is if I may pass out or die. It is so scary.

thanks for this video. Ever since I got injured I've been getting a little anxious as to whether or not I would ever be at 100% again. I haven't been able to sleep recently because of my anxiety. I would sleep for roughly 4 hours and wake up fully alerted and not able to fall asleep again. Recently I have gotten weakness in the legs. Your videos are helping me a lot, thank you so much :>
