Appreciate these shoulder videos.
What if I get pain while doing external rotation exercises? Context; I noticed instability and weakness on right side but no pain, so I started training external rotation however this then caused pain that wasn’t there before. Pain is only when externally rotating and only when humerus is by my side not if it’s raised up. I never get it at any other point

I have hypermobility and my shoulders are particularly prone to moving in ways they shouldn’t. Seems like this might help build some more stability there for me!

Do you suggest to try this before bench press to warm up or even alone to strenghten the rotator cuff muscles? I'm always questioning how much effort put on this if done before bench, because I don t want to exhaust the stabilizer muscles just when they need the most😅
