Al, thank you for being my mentor for the last 3 years. This spring itll be my forth year following you. You are the main reason I started my successful lawn business. Now I have a supplemental income of 50k per year. Wow! Thank you!

With a lot of the new smart chargers out these days when your battery is that dead it doesn’t recognize the battery and won’t charge it. Best thing to do is hook the battery up to your car battery with a set of jumper cables to get a little life back into it then hook it up to your charger and it should charge. Little too to try if it happens again.

Love the videos and keep up the good work!!

I love Zoysia. I have Emerald Zoysia which is one of the finest bladed varieties. It's so thick that it completely chokes out weeds. It's slower growing than Bermuda and more drought tolerant. I'm located in north Alabama and it grows great here, it does go partially dormant but there is always some green near the dirt line. I mow between 1.5" and 2" but will go as high as 2.5" during periods of extreme heat. It also needs less water than Bermuda.

I had 22k square ft of royal zosyia. Loved it. Sold the house. Ill definitely choose it again. It is expensive and requires care.

My brother has Zoysia up here in Delaware, and while everyone else is battling summer heat stress, his grass is dominating. Great vid!!!

As I’m watching you talking about how well it chokes out weeds, I was saying to myself. It chokes out everything, even torpedo grass and then boom. You heard my thoughts. I planted zoysia plugs about 4 years ago here in Louisiana and it is taking over everything. While it does spread slowly, in time it will out compete everything. And it’s beautiful.

Lol, great video! I’ve never seen a guy so in love with his foliage. We love our zoysia here in our Central Texas subdivision. Triple digit temps, no worries! She’s as green as you can find and makes the neighbors jelly!

Hey Lawncare Nut, thanks for sharing this video about Zoysia. I seeded Zenith Zoysia last July 2019 here in TN, and it took off in just 31 days after seeding with 90 degree weather. I highly recommend Zoyisa to anyone even the seed over sod. It's very strong and durable. I can't say enough good things about it. I hope to see more videos about your Zoysia lawn in the future Thanks.

I’ve seen people have the same type of reaction to their grass, but it was when they were smoking it not walking on it.

I'm in Kentucky. Spot-planted a little Zoysia here and there and used some seed Zenith in the front about 19 years ago. I have an acre. It's taken over about half of my acre now. It goes dormant for about half the year and turns a wheat color. I have to admit, it's a downright eyesore in the winter, but in the summer, I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. I once had a lawn care guy tell me in the winter my grass had died and I needed to replace it. lol I would seed more now and just make the whole thing Zoysia, but in about a year I'm moving to my house in South Carolina. This time around, no half measures! I'm going to go ahead and seed that lawn with Zoysia now, fairly heavily, so when I get there it'll have a good headstart in taking over. Should be easy down there. It's only a quarter acre and the St. Augustine in that lawn is spotty and has lots of areas of just dirt. My Zoysia is going to go wild down there.

"If you want to skip .... " HELL NO ! I want to watch the entire video and enjoy looking at that absolutely fantastic lawn you got there. I would say it's inspirational, before The Lawn Care Nut I really didn't care much about my lawn, now I care !

Call it bias but all I could hear in this video is how much you love zoysia because it’s so similar to Bermuda 🤔

All jokes aside, I loved the vid. You’re the man.
