#TBT My big backyard BBQ last year. A better look at the steak portion of the party and a fraction of what was cooked 😂 This was my first time using this grill let alone cooking steaks 🤷🏻‍♂️ these were seasoned In kosher salt uncovered overnight, cooked over charcoal and oak wood. Black angus Tomahawks hung to start to warm up, then seared to finish with the dry aged Ribeyes.
