I have an question :
why does sigma (dq/t) < 0 represent a possible and irreversible process since it is indicating ds<0 which is impossible for irreversible process because it has always increases entropy ...pls give me answer.

On a TS diagram

ds
Is Integral of ds is
s2 -s1?

If yes

= Q2/T2- Q1 /T1

where ds = dQ / T

The equation is going to be Q1/T1 - Q2/T2

because Q1 is leaving the source and negative
&

Q2 is entering the sink and positive?

Q1:Reversible engine also produces more work, rejects lesser heat than an irreversible engine?

Q2: Is the temperature of the heat being rejected to sink at T2 by reversible engine lower than that of reversible engine?
Thank you
