Depending on the budget, we could as get a 4090 and ryzen 7 7800x3D or 13th gen intel cores

maybe change the 13400f for a 12400f or a 5600 and get a 6700xt or 6800 bcuz of the cheaper motherboard this is only good for non gpu intesive this is high settings 1080p when if you allocate your budget right it can be a MAX 1080p monster or 1440p mid-high settings monster

If i got a 13400f then id get nvidia tbh the 4060 or 4060 ti is a good combo with the cpu or you could get a worse cpu and get a better Nvidia gpu...
