Here in Germany they everyone as to stop for them and therefore they can drive over the intersection

No, don't wait until they've seen you to proceed through. Wait until you know they are going to or have stopped. They might see you, but that doesn't mean they won't care or give an F, and still might go through anyway. You have to be cautious when stopping at a red light and be sure to watch out for those idiots that shouldn't have a drivers license and don't deserve to be behind the wheel of a motor vehicle

But noone stops ever anyway ...right through traffic yall go ... maybe I'm biased I got nailed by an ambulance without lights and sirens blasting through an RED LIGHT cuz his car was getting broken into ...IN A DIFFERENT CITY.
