Dude, i love all your videos. Just turned the "all notifications" on.
I know you've done a video on the same muscle groups before, but honestly, your delivery is so on point and you cut to the chase so seamlessly, i just watch your videos for the presentation quality sometimes :)
Here's an idea - make videos about the same muscle groups in the future as well, but add variety each time, so it can be like "back snd tricep pt.2". I'll watch that shit every time

bro i been doing ppl for 2 months and last week i had to stop trying cause overtraining (my sleep was fucked up). Any advice? i was eating right, and sleeping right, but i feel like the volume of 6x days a week fuck me up.

How do i fix lower back pain doing barbell row? My lower back tends to give up before my back does, i tried light for more reps but its pretty hard to get to failure that way since other things fail before my back (even with lifting straps)
