In this week's English language grammar video, we test your English level!

Your English level can be described by the Common European Framework, which gives us six broad levels.

Beginner - A1
Pre-Intermediate - A2
Intermediate - B1
Upper-Intermediate - B2
Advanced - C1
Proficient - C2

I am not testing your English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in this video, but I am testing your grammar! So, watch my lesson and test your English grammar skills.

Each round has three questions. If you answer every question correctly, you can estimate that your grammatical knowledge and ability will match this level. I have also mapped the IELTS bands against each level - to give you an indication of which IELTS band your grammatical knowledge is in.

Great videos Professor, as a non native English speaker I find these sentences difficult to understand :
Hardly had I reached the station than the train left. (Does it require question mark?)
Were he to have known about the traffic, he would have left earlier. ( Is it subjunctive mood?)
