On Psalm 37 & 39. I'm married to an alcoholic narcissist who doesn't follow God. I've struggled with holding my tongue with him, The closer I draw to God, the easier it gets, but it's definitely still a struggle for me. Please pray for me & for God to touch his heart. 🙏

A very Fantastic study. My mother is in heaven now. Almost 4 years. I am still going through her things. Thank you lord for my patient husband. The lord has helped me find several places to donate to. Shelters, toys for tots, senior living places, friends. It has been very difficult. Thank you lord for giving me the continual strength that I pray for. I’m finding out now that my mothers things are traveling across America. That makes my heart happy, my mothers too. Thank you lord.

Hey Kanoe, your teachings are brilliant. Praise be to God for sending me to your channel. I tend to play the song Goodness of God to Adonai in the mornings whilst I'm trying to open my eyes and pull myself together for prayer, whilst still a little sleepy. He seems to be happy with that 😊

And if you wouldnt mind me respectfully saying something specific about the part of evil in the world though?

It is important to look for the good in people and things of this world, but God also teaches us to be discerning and to expose evil plots and plans, so I feel like perhaps it's our job to keep our eyes open and perhaps not focus on it entirely, but to learn of it, so that we're better able to spread the word and pray for those who may need it.

I love that you took a moment to focus on Psalm 33:5 - The earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord and how the discerning can see it. I love how this can be a simple response to people who are ALWAYS complaining about the state of the world or the unfairness of just about everything (not the sometimes complainers. That is fair enough, but some people can't see good if you put a label on it and show it to them.) My usual go-to is to tell people to stop in their tracks and just look up, especially during sunrise, sunset or after it rains when the sun comes out, since we're near water and you can find rainbows a lot here, which you might not expect me to say about CT. But I tend to suggest folk stop looking around for a moment and either look up and see the painting in the sky that God does every single day or get to someplace where nature is all around and just appreciate the diversity and complexity of that. I always think of the Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, but this is going to be a verse I revisit until it becomes part of my regular language.
