Bought the book. Love it! I’ve been following you for over a year and a half now, so I’m already implementing a lot of what you say in the book. But there are things in the book that have been really interesting and useful, which I’m using to tweak my efforts. I would definitely recommend reading your book.

WHI protein recommendation is just to prevent deficiencies. It is not about optimal protein intake to keep and build muscles. Also, older folk need more protein because they cannot metabolise it as well.
