I have an outrageously high bill again and cannot reach anyone so was forced to turn off auto debit again. Submitted a reading but bill still not adjusted. I hope this will not cause credit issues for me, last year I was billed over $95000 for a home and it went unpaid for months without anyone even reaching out to me, and of course I could not reach anyone except for gas emergencies. I think you need to change my meter since this keeps happening.
