I built it and I have a blue screen after the logo of unity:made with Unity; why?

Is there a way to make all those files into a single file? The ones at 3:27 (builds folder). I'm tryna upload my game and I've been told it's a hassle to go through the folder and get the exe.

This helped me to get the build. I was expecting a single executable file I could send, but it gave me a folder that I have to have all the contents in in order to play the game and share it with others. Is there a way to compress these games into a single executable file?
