Ok, so, i got this error when my pc suddenly started to get slower. I cleaned it up and re installed windows, and mid installation my brother plugged out the USB i was installing windows 10 with, i tried to do it once more but i got this

It happens in my laptop only sometimes when i try to shut down my laptop but it completes percentages in 2 min and then restarts and works normal then i shut it down. It doesnt bother everytime.

I have this error, it just came up for the first time while I was using my laptop. I tried resetting, restarting, repairing but nothing is working. It just fails.. now it's saying there's no OS. I don't know what happened, it just stopped working and nothing i do seems to work.. it also makes a switch type sound when it's turning on.. this is so frustrating, I have online exams in 2 days and other assignments and with the covid situation, internet shops are not operational either.
