I guess it is difficult for me to understand why neutonian physics cant describe consciousness while general relativity can. But that sounds like a topic for another day.

Physics is the study of the relationships *of* things, not *between* things. There is no 'between'.

A rock is only open to being a rock, as defined by the rock's identity. A rock can be thrown because it's identity allows for this. You can throw a rock only because your identity allows for throwing of rocks.
