#9, the one about violent movies... I resonated with all the items except that one, at first. I do love action movies, but then I realized... I absolutely cannot watch Game of Thrones, or anything even remotely similar, like slasher horror. It hurts my soul. So... yep, that's me all right. I've stopped beating myself up and taking things so hard once I started dealing with my childhood trauma and learning to love myself.

I usually go along with & enjoy your videos. But I must intensely disagree with the part about not being able to take criticism. I personally think higher of others that are true enough to give real criticism. It is necessary for personal growth. An empath is well aware no one is perfect, and can accept this in others and (when enlightened) themselves.
So this also contradicts the black & white thinking bit too. That type of thinking is a narcissistic tendency (borderline personality disorder especially), not empathic.
Please accept this with love.. it is to keep your messages rooted in truth.. so that you may continue to guide our many suffering empaths to healing truth.. learning who they really are.)

yes, please do not give us an errand for vengeance please. often more then others times we hate filling tasks like this. however find it rare needs. what most times will bring us to a sobering understanding of neglect. but the purpose at any point of this extreme is to avoid bigger purpose of regrets from forming.

thank you for pointing out number 11. helped me think. but I see shades of grey in other areas of life. but I know the purpose of the ethics it was drawl to. for example life grey areas in the matter of not making money verse non profit and profit. the grey area is aloft some how in the middle ground. But I understand I am also not here to bargin or debate or defeat your argument.
