Dollarized debts could be abandoned. Quite easily. Because there is already a multi-polar world, there is no need to honour existing USD debt.

BRICS already have NDB - New Development Bank and interlinking payment systems as well as currency swap agreements and a system of clearing houses. This can also be complemented by Special Trading currency and further institutions will be set up to deal with issuance of debt, credit and use of various payment cards etc, . Russia is currently enabling payments though their MIR card system in other countries and China has similar projects.
