While I am currently not a caregiver now but was one in my 40’50’ and 60’s. I found this and you talk on Deb Johnson’s summative conversation informative and relatable. I wish I had seen this then, it would have made my life easier and less guilty.

I watch a. Video of a young Japanese women living alone in Japan. The camera never shows her face, however there is soft music playing throughout the video and shows her going about her daily routine. I would like to see an older ( over 60) American women version of this. Just showing her routine on a daily basis, no need to have the camera on her face. I am an older American woman, but am not camera or video savvy.
