I’m 32yrs old almost 2 months in on eating just grass fed/finished beef and butter, pasture rasied eggs.
Got rid of my high blood pressure/hypertension and I was able to stop taking a few different meds. Resting heart rate went from high 80s to 60s. Also no longer pre diabetic. Literally changed my life in less than two months. I highly recommend it.

I had oxalate poisoning i couldn't even get my clothes on without help . I ate almonds dark chocolate sweet potato and spinach 5:02 for 4 years . Dr. Couldn't figure it out just gave me prednisone, I couldn't live like that. So I went straight beef diet for 6 months and all my pain was gone and no medicine

I have Oxalate Poisoning from eating vegan and drinking my raw superfood smoothies, I thought I was eating healthy until I lost my balance. I was at risk of falling which happened several times, I tried Dr Ken Berry’s 90 day BBB & E because of the positive comments everyone was sharing, my first year I experienced Myelination restoring my balance, 57 Ibs melted away without being my focus, I have no current known health issues in my 60’s, no aches and pains eating only meat, I did have pain in the back of my neck when I made kefir, I no longer make it.

Just started watching but based on the title I want to chime in and say: I had oxalate poisoning!!! I ate an insane amount of cooked spinach when I was pregnant and post Partum. Every night I would cook handfuls of spinach, thinking I was doing something healthy. I ended up with INSANE foot pain to the point where I could barely walk and went to the doctor to see if I had a broken bone. Nope nothing. Finally I stumbled across oxalates and learned how spinach is super high in oxalates and it can settle in your joints. I cut out spinach and literally within a week my foot pain was GONE.

I developed extreme acid reflux (as in waking in the middle of the night gasping for air and acid burning my throat) from raw spinach smoothies. Dr just prescribed meds, did not even ask me what I was eating. I had to figure it out myself.

Years of physio, chiropractors, massage therapy and meds to fight joint pain that I have suffered for over 20 years - all went away when I dropped fruits/veg and the very little carbs that I use to consume. Anything the FDA says to eat I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits
