Food lists online are conflicting. One says eat blackberries, and don’t eat all green leafy. Where can I find an accurate list of high/low oxalate foods

On lady says spinach and Almonds. Adding lemon or vinegar based dressing help as well as foods with calcium.

Coffee gets me. Right in the joints. Ankles and wrists. Leave it alone and im fine. Drink it and give it a week, then BAM! UNFORTUNATELY I didn't stop at one cup cuz it really hit the spot for about 5 days. So I had one cup a day. Lesson learned. I know it's from coffee cuz it's happened twice now while being full-on carnivore.

Consider-plants grown in alkaline oxidized soils will create more oxalic acid than available calcium to compensate for soil ph being so high and the soil being so oxidized. This is the vast majority of conventional grown food in tilled oxidized and depleted soils. If we provide the calcium source in an amino acid chelated form or reduced form such as gypsum and provide the correct microbiology to the soil and plant there will be greater levels of available calcium than oxalic acid and it will replenish the bodies stores. A properly grown plant will also have the facultative endophytes to break down oxalates internally in your gut and make them a non issue.

I eat sometimes roasted almonds ( and almond butter). Sometimes every day like 400 -500 g. Love them .For years on keto. No problems at all

Does anyone know about cayenne pepper concerning oxalates? Is it high? Is it low?
I’m about 90% carnivore & I’ve been adding cayenne pepper for the “health benefits.” But, was wondering if this “health food” was having any negative effects. I really can’t tell physically. But, I do cough whenever I add cayenne pepper. But, the coughing doesn’t last long. I know the coughing is a reaction to that spice but other than that, I don’t know of any other negative symptoms.
