walking is the easiest thing you can do. I bought a desk treadmill back in 2017 and I don't watch youtube or use any social media unless I am walking. I walk an easy 20000 steps a day. Best habit I have ever made.

guys, just stick to eating less for about 2 weeks and it will be super easy, all you gotta do is get your body used to eating less. When you start it's hard cause you are used to eating lots of meals through the day but it will become very easy, trust me. I've been fat and I've been skinny under 10% body fat so I know what I am talking about

So watching videos while walking sounds great, but i think podcasts or music is better since watching videos makes you look downward causing more stress in your neck which compounds overtime.

Saw this protein powder and had to buy it. I would also like to add one more thing to make it 8. When you're hungry drink some water. Most hunger comes from boredom, drink water and it might fill you up.

Lots of good info here. I lost a 105 lbs in 11 months due to adjustments in lifestyle. I increased my overall activity and stayed in a calorie deficit
Continued to take multivitamins as well.
Not a single minute of cardio
