[HEALTHY] Crunchy Yogurt Coleslaw

I really like coleslaw, especially during this burning hot weather (and its hot ALL THE TIME here :| )
But I am not a very big fan of Mayo. *weird !?, I know ;) *
So, I tried a healthier but equally tasty alternative!!
This coleslaw uses curd/yogurt (whatever is handy) instead of mayo.
It’s cool, incredibly healthy and simple to make. And it can be served as a side salad with vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters.
So dump the calories and welcome this creamy and crunchy delight ;)
*****Ingredients at a glance*****
Cabbage (shredded) - 2 cups
Carrot (shredded) - 1 cup
Mint leaves (roughly chopped) - 3-4
Hung curd – 2 cups (made from 500 gms curd)
Salt
Honey - ¼ tsp
