TO MAKE THIS HEALTHY CREAMY COLESLAW FROM SCRATCH YOURSELF AT HOME, YOU WILL NEED:
FOR THE COLESLAW
1 14 oz Bag Coleslaw (~8 cups)
1 cup Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup Carrots, shredded
1 bunch Green Onions
FOR THE CREAMY DRESSING
2/3 cup Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
