Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2 lbs) new potatoes, washed
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4–6 slices of crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions (optional, for garnish)
Tangy Garlic Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped)
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Boil the new potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes
Bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese melted
