Ingredients:

1.5lbs Melissa's Produce Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp kosher salt
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bacon, cooked & chopped
Topping, Sour Cream & Chives

How To Make It Step-by-Step Instructions:

Wash the potatoes and place in a large stock pot.
Fill the pot up with water where it covers the potatoes by 1”.
Place over medium heat and boil until the potatoes are fork tender.
Remove, drain and put into a bowl.
In a bowl melt the butter and mix in the salt and ranch.
Pour the butter ranch mix over the potatoes and toss well.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and brush a large baking sheet with olive oil.
Add the potatoes, spread out and with a flat bottom cup gently press the
potatoes down.
The more you smash them down the crispier they will be.
Add some cheese and bacon on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream and chives. Enjoy!
