In this recipe we are making healthy nut-free granola bars. This recipe includes:

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate
