these are the worst kinds of missions in all of video games. like holy fuck just let me progress

For some reason my guy doesn't want to move away from the jacket. This has become harder than any main mission.

The issue I had was I was camouflaged and hitting the web shooter. To make noise u cant be camouflaged

get on the railing above the police man and fire web shooters at the metal barrel while the camouflage is off. immediately turn on camouflage and jump down to investigate the jumper

If you can distract the guard but can’t inspect the jacket, JUST RESTART FROM LAST CHECKPOINT

Distract the police with webshooters. Press L2 and choose target near the police. And press R1. The police will investigate and leave the jacket!
