I saw this as a child broadcast in Amarillo 1964 or 65 as one of the Saturday afternoon filler movies.

You mean the original Japanese movie with English subtitles that I have on my computer? Looks like I got my copy in 2018. So HOW IS THIS BANNED exactly?
