everyone in comment saying it works but it didnt work for me. its still showing black screen. i even tried windows mode in game and windows capture mode in OBS. there are things you can and can't do depending on the game. you need to tell how to fix those. this video is for basic noob peoples capture setting. it will not fix your black screen even if you try everything in the video says.

This setting is for beginners that doesnt know anything about OBS. If you do this setting and the screen is black, the commenters and posters here won't help you.
